This is the Savox SC-1251MGP-BE Black Edition Low Profile Digital High-Speed Metal Gear Servo with Soft Start, 0.09sec / 125oz @ 6V

The SC-1251MGP-BE is a high speed, low profile servo which combines leading edge technology with super high 12 bit (4096) resolution along with an all black color for a stealth look in RC cars.

“Plus” series servos feature Soft Start and Sanwa SSR compatibility.
